  1. Designate a space in the house for their backpacks, sports gear, coats, etc.
  2. Provide a file or tray for each child with their name on it for their school work, progress reports, permission slips or anything else that needs your approval.
  3. Have the children do their homework when they get home from school before playing with a friend, watching tv or having dinner.  This will give you peace of mind.
  4. Keep a monthly calendar for the children to see, listing their after school activities, sports, school trips and birthday parties.  Use a different color for each child, use their favorite color this will make it fun for them.
